Newest aquisition :-))

Today I am giving you a glimpse into my newest aquisition:
A cement-tile catalogue of one of the most famous companies of Sevilla with 70 pages and a pricelist of 1917!

I find it very interesting to note that the most expensive design (no. 71) cost three times a much as a unicolor tile! (15 pesetas per square meter compared to 5 ptas per square meter!)

I think once I am finished with the book about José María Tejera, I´ll start to research on the González family. They were the brothers of Aníbal González y Álvarez-Ossorio, the famous sevillian architect, who is known for designing the Plaza España of Sevilla. This is why I will only show you one of the designs - No. 68, which I have seen once in Sevilla.
